Jenni Cawein is Corporate Environment, Health and Safety Engineering Manager at Baxter International. She is responsible for managing Baxter's global regulated waste site auditing program, as well as implementing and tracking sustainable practices and eco-efficiency initiatives and providing EHS engineering support to Baxter manufacturing, laboratory and distribution sites worldwide.

Before joining Baxter, Cawein worked for Commonwealth Edison for 6 years, both as an Environmental Health and Safety Regulatory Compliance Specialist at the Waukegan Power Generating Station and in ComEd's Corporate Environmental Services Department as an Environmental Engineer. Cawein holds a B.A. in Chemistry and a M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, both from Northwestern University , and is a certified ISO 14001 auditor and Six Sigma green belt engineer.
