Kevin Borgia is Executive Director of Wind for Illinois , a wind energy trade association. Formed in late 2007, WFI is the voice of wind power in Illinois , providing data and expert analysis to the General Assembly, the Governor's office, state agencies, local government, the media and the public. WFI represents the largest wind developers in the state and advocates for state policies that promote rapid and responsible wind development in Illinois .
